BIO
I grew up in Dallas, TX but originally am from South Louisiana.
I’ve always made art and when I started college it was an easy decision to go for an art major, specifically a BFA in Studio Painting & Drawing from the University of North Texas.
I started doing permanent makeup in 2003 which later helped me to get my formal apprenticeship in 2009 in Perth Australia at Abandoned Art. At the time, I was tattooing full time and was able to be booked out as much as a week to two weeks in advance even as an apprentice thanks to a great shop.
I’m married to my best friend Cookie and we have a tuxedo cat named Smudgey, a cream colored French Bulldog named Sunny, a black & white Frenchie named Sox, a fawn Frenchie name Scout, and a little one named Piper!
We also co-own Rebel Muse Tattoo Lewisville, Dallas, Denver, and Kansas City Missouri, Bad Dog Gangs, and Quick Cap Tattoos. And I also work for Eternal Ink doing R&D and other cool projects!
